2026 Financial Year End

Below are Pendal’s anticipated dates for when key information will be available relating to the financial year ending 30 June 2026. We will update this page if there are changes to any dates shown.

June 2026 distributions

Distribution payments for funds distributing at the end of June 2026, whether to be paid to a nominated bank account or re-invested (with an effective date of 1 July), are expected to be processed between 9th July 2026 to 16th July 2026.

Tax statements 2025-2026

If the Fund in which you invest has paid a distribution to you during the financial year (1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026), we will provide you with an annual Pendal tax statement, which includes the tax information required to complete your 2025-2026 tax return. Pendal tax statements are expected to be issued in batches from 15th July 2026.

Please click here to access the Pendal Tax Statement Guide which will help you to understand your tax statement.

Annual statements 2025-2026

Pendal annual investment statements will be issued in batches from 27th July 2026.

Processing delays

For certain Pendal investment products, there will be a delay in calculating and publishing entry and exit prices over the year-end period to allow for processing of 30 June distributions. This will, in turn, delay processing of applications and withdrawals. We anticipate that prices for all Pendal investment products will be up to date by 15th July 2026.

This delay will not affect the unit price that investors receive for transactions they make during this period. All valid transactions received before the relevant daily cut-off time will continue to be processed using the entry or exit price calculated for that business day, once the prices are available.

We expect RG97 fees and costs for the financial year ending 30 June 2026 to be available from late September 2026.

Fund Distribution Calculations

Distribution calculations and the percentage split between income and capital gains (including CGT concession) for the year to 30 April 2026 is available here.

Net Realised Capital Losses

Net realised capital losses brought forward from the previous financial year are available to offset future capital gains in the relevant fund. Previously, this information was included in each fund’s Annual Report. For funds that have a net realised capital loss for the financial year ended 30 June 2026, the information will be available in August 2026.
