Program Overview
We’re offering a paid internship in Pendal’s Income & Fixed Interest investment team — a chance to gain hands-on experience inside a leading Australian asset manager.
The four-month internship provides an opportunity to apply university learnings in a dynamic, real-world investment environment.
You’ll work with experienced portfolio managers and analysts, learning how markets move, investment decisions are made and disciplined processes drive performance.

Eligibility Criteria:
We’re seeking one female-identifying university student with a keen, genuine interest in developing a career in asset management. Criteria include:
The internship requires in-person attendance at our office in Sydney’s CBD.
Applicants must have the right to work and study in Australia during the internship period.
Strong communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build purposeful professional relationships.
Applicants in their second year of university study or later, in the following disciplines:
